Product Summary

With the
3D part programming and 3D bend simulation including automatic collision detection the DA-69 allows fast and used friendly part programming of CNC press brakes.

Programming the Delem DA-69 is simply drawing your product on the screen. And once you have drawn the product, you can rotate it in 3D, enlarge or reduce it and look at it from every angle to see if it's just what you want. It doesn't stop with product drawing either. The design software enables you
to draw to real scale, tool shapes and machine shapes on the screen too.

When there is a collision between the part and the tools, the machine or even the backgauge, the DA-69 shows you exactly where and how. Now you can simply select another tool or determine another bend sequence. Its new state of the art electronics and new modular architecture offer you many other advantages such as:

  • 2,500 program lines for the storage of part programs and drawings, graphical tool library and machine shape library.
  • Optional hard disk for those who need mass storage of the many parts they handle.
  • Error message system and help texts to warn you for faulty programming, operation errors and machine failures. This saves a lot of time finding out what is wrong.
  • RS232 or an optional Ethernet interface for flexible DNC operations with download of part program and/or part drawings.
