DA 69 Control

The differences between the DA 65 and the DA 69 are in the display. The DA 69 has a 3D color graphics LCD and the DA 65 has a 2D graphics and CRT screen. Either the DA 65 or the DA69 controls are capable of operating all combinations of gauging systems.

As standard, the machine comes with an X axis dual drive unit with precision ball screws In addition to the Y1,Y2 Ram axes and the standard X axis, customers can select from any of the following optional combinations:

X and R
X1, X2 and R
X, R, Z1 and Z2
X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1 and Z2

In addition to these features DELEM offers 2D or 3D software to enable maximum efficiency from the press brake. These CAD based programs manage tool selection, preferred bend sequence, user friendly part design, and Offline and Online programming of the control. Complete production data can be stored on a desk top computer and transferred to the machines control. Raw material can be bar coded and the control can reload that particular set up as soon as it recognizes the bar code.
